Broadband Modem setup

  • Configure your Broadband Modem with your Internet provider's credentials, including setting up your wireless network.

Fee: $80.00 per hour nc GST

PC and printer setup

  • Unpack and connect your PC, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer and broadband (or dialup) modem
  • Install Printer and/or modem Drivers
  • Test "Internet" connectivity
  • Set up Emails

Fee: $150.00 inc GST

Reformat PC and re-install programs

  • Reformat (or replace) hard-disk
  • Install Windows (XP or Vista) **
  • Install Service Packs and Critical Updates
  • Install programs and set up emails
  • Install PC, printer, Modem at your premises

Fee: $200.00 inc GST

** CD and "Certificate Of Authenticity" must be supplied by you, the customer, or can be purchased separately.
